Careers & placements

From “what do I even apply to” to an offer, tracked the whole way.

Openings ranked against the profile you actually have, one master resume with a score attached, and a funnel that remembers every application instead of a spreadsheet that does not.

The board knows who is looking at it.

Every opening carries the skills it asks for. Your profile carries the skills you have recorded. The match is the overlap between them, shown with its reasoning rather than as a number you have to trust.

  • Campus drives beside open rolesYour placement cell's drives sit in the same board as everything else, with the same deadline logic.
  • A reason for every scoreWhich skills matched, which are missing, and what the eligibility bar actually was.
  • Deadlines that surface themselvesWhat closes this week is on the home screen, not buried three clicks into a list.
  • Applications tracked to their outcomeIncluding the rejections, because the pattern in them is the useful part.

How it works

Three steps, in the order they happen.

  1. 1

    Your profile becomes the filter

Skills, branch, semester, CGPA and projects. Nothing else decides what you are shown, and you can see every field that went into a score.

  2. 2

The board ranks itself for you

Openings your campus has, plus open roles, sorted by fit rather than by recency — with the deadline that matters pulled forward.

  3. 3

    The funnel does the remembering

One click from a listing to an application record. Every stage change is stamped, so “where did that one go” stops being a question.

Questions

Careers, in detail

Can recruiters see my profile?

Only if you are verified and you have switched recruiter visibility on, and even then only the fields your college allows. It is off until you turn it on.

Where do the openings come from?

Two places: your placement cell publishes campus drives through the campus console, and open roles are added centrally. A drive is always labelled as one, with the college it belongs to.

Does the resume score decide anything?

No. It is a check against the things an applicant tracking system reads badly — missing dates, unparseable columns, a skill named three ways. A human still reads the resume.
