Anyone can contribute. Nothing goes live until someone from your college has looked at it, and every approval and rejection is recorded against the person who made it.

Who owns what students upload?
The student who uploaded it, and the college it belongs to. We do not claim ownership, we do not sell it, and a campus head can export the whole library at any time.
What stops someone uploading copyrighted textbooks?
Moderation, and the fact that a real person on your campus approves each item under their own name. Anything already published can be reported and pulled back into the queue.
Can papers be shared between colleges?
University papers can, for colleges affiliated to the same university, because it is the same paper. College-set papers never leave the campus that set them.
